"There’s a lot of trails and a lot of open space. It’s pretty to walk around in and very safe. There’s a lot of coyotes. There was even a coyote pup in my driveway."

"I couldn't consider anywhere other than La Costa. I just love the aura of the area! The only problem here is that there is an abundance of car break ins. Other than that the neighborhood is rather safe."

"I do not commute into work as I work virtually from hone. When I do go to an office I find the commute into San Diego quite easy. There are some rush hour times I like to avoid but overall it’s a relatively quick commute."

"There are lots of households that have dogs & the community (shops, restaurants, etc) is dog-friendly. There are sidewalks throughout & some trails for regular walks with your dog. People seem to welcome your pet & treat them like family when they encounter them on walks and around the neighborhood. "
