"Parks across the street and canyon beyond the park. Dog friendly pretty much everywhere you go. A lot of places have outdoor seating so you can have your pup with you "

"It has nice views, and the air is clean. In summertime, the fog comes in over the hills."

"Best scenery, clean, safe and best location in the city since you can be anywhere within a 5-10 uber ride. A true hidden gem (pun intended)."

"Diamond Heights is a secluded enclave high in the San Francisco hills. It has lots of shopping and local services, and little crime."

"Behind the Safeway there is a park that's good for exercising your dogs. And there's another dog run at 27th & Douglass."

"The commute is very easy. BART and Muni lines are everywhere, and Interstate 280 is steps away."

"I live in this area, so I can say this area is very quiet with a Safeway, Walgreen's, restaurant, Zip Cars, 4 bus lines, SOTA High School (rated 8 out of 10, but doesn't show up on school list), Rooftop Elementary School, dog park / baseball diamond, and a canyon within a 5-12 minute walk. This area is a 4 to 9 minute drive to Tower Market, Starbucks, Stonestown Shopping Mall, West Portal, Glen Park, Noe Valley, and Castro."

"I live here for 12 years love it. Best kept secret in SF and in the heart of the City. It is so easy to get around from here."

"I live in the area, also very good public transportation with both Muni bus 37 to connect you to the Muni Metro to Downtown and 42 to connect you out to the Beach"
