"There are at least 3 preschools in the neighborhood. There’s less traffic and it’s quieter than the area near Irving Street. The UCSF hospital is less than a 5 minute drive."

"There's easy access to the Golden Gate Bridge and good public transportation, with 5 Muni lines close by. The commute to the East Bay is not as good—you'd have to drive downtown to get onto I-80. If I need to go downtown, I take the N-Judah and don't try driving unless it's late."

"A great neighborhood to walk to the commercial strip, many fine restaurants, close to Golden Gate Park, UCSF and all the special stair ways around Golden Gate Heights. (Check out the Selma Steps!) "
