"Walkable streets, good parks for leash walking. Not a lot of off leash areas in city and often hard to find rental units that allow dogs"

""The homeless people that have recently moved into the neighborhood. The motorcycles that should be given tickets for noise nuisance as the speed up Octavia way over the speed limit. "

""Pac heights is super cool, all the nice places to eat are here, lovely community, lots of good restaurants. I really think that the commute to FiDi is not that bad and it's connected by bus, so if you're working downtown, you can live here!""

"Nicer, safer neighborhood in San Francisco. Expensive area, but good schools are close. Older buildings have rent control, which is mostly good, but has some drawbacks, too. "

"Pacific Heights provides a friendly and quiet neighborhood feel while still living in a big city. There are so many parks to go running in and adorable restaurants and shops to go into. I also love all the restaurants on Fillmore Street. They have a fun neighborhood feel to them. I love Fillmore Street at Christmas time, and I also love football season in Pac Heights—it feels like everyone is celebrating."

"The bus system is great for in-the-city commuting. Streets in and out of the area are direct, but if you're going south, there will be a backup to get to 101."
