"Grammar, middle and high school all within walking distance. There’s a wide ethnic diversity here. There’s good police presence I assume because of all the youth but I’ve never witnessed any crime."

"Very convenient, T station is a 5 min walk from home. I take the red line and is very quick. The T station is being reconstructed and will include more parking spaces "
